Jesus told His disciples that one of them would betray Him. "It is
meant
to happen," He explained. "Scripture says that the one who eats
bread with Me will also betray Me. I'm telling you now, so that
when it happens you will understand."
A disciple who dearly loved Jesus leaned over and asked, "Who is
the betrayer, lord?"
"I will dip this bread and give it to the one," said Jesus. Then
He dipped the bread and handed it to Judas Iscariot.
